Roleplay and crossovers. That was me and Jaz. That's pretty much been me my whole life, though now I had someone equally interested in both at my side. Upon trying to edit something on Wikipedia - Wiki Hunters: a site where Boba Fett will come after you if you mess up a wiki page. Better disguise ourselves as robots using the Teselecta.
Want to spice up college life? School Invasion - where enemies of various franchises invade education buildings, with the various people within claiming powers from said various franchises to fight the invaders off. Homer Simpson appears in the same battle as Lord Voldemort? Not ending well. However we ended up working these roleplays, Star Wars and Doctor Who would always be at the forefront. Of course, Jaz was already involved with the Doctor Who fan fiction timeline, already working on audio dramas for his version of The Doctor. He had a few ideas down for a Doctor Who/Star Wars Crossover, though asked for my input. Thus the great partnership began for the series that became Doctor Who: The Star Wars Chronicles.

From the start of CDS Media, I was uploading story parts to both a Star Wars story and a Pokémon story. The Doctor Who-Star Wars crossover happened, along with two original creations. Even Animal Crossing got a small look in before the last remaining core of my franchise likes.
In May of 2013, I announced the start of a story relating to the Sonic the Hedgehog series. The first post of The Chameleon Chronicles was in July of 2013, but it wasn't until a full year later that the story really started and had its second post. That drought of content set me back a bit on some of the longer stories. But for one that had just started? It needed to be reintroduced. This is a look across all that The Chameleon Chronicles stood for. [New Edition Note] This preview is from the original version of the story. After the rewrite to bring it up to a full story for publishing, most of this had changed. Names remained the same, as did the basic premise of the scene, but little of this version can be seen within the full novel.
However, as it was posted to Blogger, it has also seen a transfer to here with the rest of the articles, remaining unedited for preservation purposes. The scene as it appears within the book can also be found on this site. Enjoy looking back at this bit of history with the original preview of Space Race Championship. My first year of University over, and I had two animated works complete, and was ready for the next year when I would start the Animation course proper. Both were well within the guidelines of the projects, and both were completed frame-by-frame in Photoshop. Not the best, but it served my needs, and while the works were animated, both were to show off the art in the animation rather than the animation itself.
Christmas holidays had come and gone, and the research fully completed. The project was now underway for more practical events. That being the construction of the animation. I'd already got some idea as to what the first animation would be. Having completed a walk through Hanley Park [which aptly became the title for the animation] before Christmas with notes and videos taken as per project guidelines, I planned to record in animated form the feelings of that walk. Could this be in the gaming section? It could indeed. It talks about the latest game announced - in fact, two games - in the Sonic the Hedgehog franchise. But I also made strict claims that this Sonic the Hedgehog story I've been hiding behind would be announced when the game was, and rather than have two articles in two different sections, I've just condensed them into one.
First off, the announcement was made yesterday, 15:00 GMT, by Satoru Iwata during Nintendo Direct. It featured the new Olympics game, Sochi Winter Olympics, and the game that had been trademarked a few hours before - Sonic Lost World. People knew the announcement was imminent after this, but didn't know in what form. It came as a complete surprise then that, not only was it announced at the Direct, but that SEGA and Nintendo were into another of their partnerships - though this seems to be a lot bigger than normal. Now then, Zincite Storm Cup may have finished a while ago, but this is the time to reflect on the story as a whole. The origins for this one came from my love of racing games, and watching the F1.
ModNation Racers on the PSP had great cutscenes featuring two announcers. One of these I pictured as a professional racing driver, who had served his time and wanted to commentate instead. So, supposing you have read the pilot to the Animal Crossing story, you might be wondering the question of why. The answer is simple. While we have the games, we don't really have a concrete story to pan them out. Like, when does the Museum increase in size? When do Copper and Booker close up the Police Station to move to the gate?
One of the first two stories on CDSMEDIA, and the one that hasn't been added to for longest. Following the Shadow Pokémon and the revival of Team Snagem, it might seem entirely fictional.
But Orre is real in the Pokémon universe and Shadow Pokémon and Team Snagem are at the heart of it. References to Johto and Kanto are included and again - just like the anime - it follows the adventures of Ash. But why has Orre not been included in the Pokémon anime? Here I give my views. |
